Window Finish Carpenter

Renewal by Andersen of Northern Plains is hiring an experienced Window Finish Carpenter to measure, assess, and prepare residential window and door projects in Bismarck, ND, Jamestown, ND, and surrounding areas.

This is a skilled position, not an entry-level role. If you have experience in window and door installation or finish carpentry and take pride in precision and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately measure window and door openings
  • Evaluate framing, structure, level, and square
  • Identify potential installation issues before products are ordered
  • Document measurements, photos, and project notes
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Production, and Installation teams
  • Represent Renewal by Andersen of Northern Plains professionally in customers’ homes

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of window and door installation or advanced finish carpentry experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction
  • Excellent math and measurement skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT medical card
  • Comfortable using tablets and mobile devices
