Pay Your Bill Online
Would you like to submit your down payment or pay your invoice online? Simply click the button below! Payments must be made in US Dollars (USD). If paying by credit card, a 3% surcharge will be applied. If you have any questions, please email accounting@northernplainswindow.com.
Job Completion Certificate Form
Upon completion of your project, please fill out a Job Completion Certificate. If there an area that is not yet finished, indicate “no” on the question “Project Fully Complete?”, then list the remaining item(s) on the Punchlist.
